Course/Additional Amenities: Stunning and challenging! This municipal 9-hole golf course is beautifully designed with the majestic High Peaks in view. It is fully irrigated, has 4 sets of tees, pro, men's, seniors, women's. There are 4 holes at par 4, 4 holes at par 3 and a par 5. The fairways are narrow, some quite hilly, and plenty of woods and sensitive areas to lose your ball. It has elevated sloping greens, creatively placed bunkers and natural hazards. It is fun for golfers of all ages.

The High Peaks Golf Course has been 5 years in the planning. Town of Newcomb Supervisor George Canon had the original idea. Thanks to the devoted workers, Cough-Harbour the engineering team, town staff, public work crews, and the town board, the course is now open. The official ribbon cutting was August 14, 2005. It was a great day for Newcomb.

Pro Shop, Restaurant on premises. Tee times are not required.
