Neighbors Care is on a mission to spread light and love to our elderly community this holiday season through our special care boxes. Our goal is to enhance the lives of seniors in Ticonderoga, Putnam, Hague, Moriah, and Crown Point by bringing joy, fostering a sense of belonging, and embodying the true spirit of the holidays.
We invite our community to help us identify those who would benefit from these care boxes by filling out our sign-up sheet.(See pdf) Additionally, we encourage those who are able to donate any of the following items to support this heartfelt initiative.
