Essex County is hosting a series of Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events in 2024. Residents are encouraged to dispose of their household waste safely and responsibly by bringing eligible items to one of the collection sites.

Eligibility: Open to all Essex County residents (sorry, no businesses). Proof of residency is required (drivers license, tax bill, utility bill).
