Located in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains, Point Breeze is situated on 9 acres of land including lakefront, beach and private woodlands. The maintained grounds reflect a rugged park-like setting. The motel is situated far from the road and overlooking the lake thereby maintaining a private, quiet and restful atmosphere.

All our cottages are nestled throughout the property under a canopy of tall pines and hardwoods. Three cottages enjoy lake views (Lakeside, Red Pine, and Blueberry) while a fourth cottage (Chipawyck) has a more private location surrounded by woods. All our guests have access to the lake via our private docks and sandy beach and swimming area.

The House

Our main floor includes the third bedroom with two twin beds and the third full bathroom, while the living room opens up to a furnished deck with beautiful lake and mountain views. The house is equipped with DirecTV satellite HD TV, DVD player, telephone and high-speed wi-fi internet. Enjoy excellent mobile coverage from Verizon Wireless, Sprint and AT&T during your stay.

The Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, DirecTV tv, walk-in closet and offers a magnificent view of the lake and snowy mountain. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an annex fourth bedroom with two twin beds perfect for kids. A third bedroom is located on the main floor in the front of the house. Both bedrooms upstairs have full private bathrooms.

Pike Point Amenities

Lake Abanakee is ideal for kayaking, fishing and swimming. Our waterfront features a boat dock, private beach and campfire pit. There is a washer and dryer available for all your laundry needs. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but dogs are very welcome (sorry, no cats due to allergies). We have a propane gas grill on the deck for all your family barbecues. You are free to use any of our 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a large canoe for any of your lake pleasure cruises. A 14′ aluminium fishing boat with a new 15 hp Honda motor is also available. You will find plenty of life jackets stocked in the walk-in full basement.

Sandy Beach Camps is located on Route 30 approximately 4 miles south of the Indian Lake village. We have five rental cottages — four waterfront and one set back from the water. The views from Sandy Beach Camps are breathtaking in all directions, with the High Peaks region located to the north and the Kunjamuk mountain range directly across the lake to the southeast.

Our beach is for the exclusive use of Sandy Beach Camps guests and is one of the largest privately owned beaches on the lake. Sandy Beach Camps also offers dock space for your boat, and there are many islands and inlets along the lake waiting for people to explore. Boat rentals are available nearby at the Indian Lake Marina.

There is a 5 percent discount for seniors (62+ years old) and military.

Imagine yourself sitting on your porch in the evening enjoying the moon rising over the mountains. You can enjoy this at Twin Coves.  There are nine cottages along the shore of lovely Indian Lake surrounded by the Adirondack Mountains. There are beaches safe for children and docks where you can tie up a boat rented from a nearby marina.  There is swimming, fishing, water skiing and white water rafting.   Many games are available,  i.e. badminton, table tennis, croquet, horseshoes, grass volleyball court. Tennis courts, golf courses, restaurants, movie theater, shops and churches are nearby.     

All cottages are fully equipped for housekeeping. All you need to bring are your linens, two blankets per bed are supplied. Cottages are equipped with showers, and are heated by fireplaces or wood stoves. Open from the last weekend of June through the Fall colors.

Cozy 2 BR Cabin on the Cedar River sleeps up to 6. Cabin has gas central heat, complete kitchen, full bath, deck with an outdoor fireplace and picnic table/grill. Linens are included.
